COURBET
COURBET N°5
3 way floorstanding speaker
The COURBET N°5 speaker is the thinnest “floorstanding” of this series. It is characterized by the use of 3 drivers of 13 cm of diameter, which makes it possible to obtain an enclosure of 16 cm of width only, for a height of hardly one meter: a perfect proportion to be integrated easily in an interior.
But don’t be fooled by its size, because it can compete with much larger models in terms of sound. This compactness is mainly due to the expertise of DAVIS ACOUSTICS, which was able to integrate suitable drive units in a reduced volume.

FINISHES
The Courbet No. 5 speaker is available in three elegant finishes: matte black, white, and grey.

Acoustic Excellence
Associated with the best electronics of the market, the COURBET N°5 will transport you in the highest spheres of the High Fidelity. The other frequencies are not neglected, far from it. The presence of Kevlar (for the midrange) and carbon (for the woofers) ensures accurate and varied timbres. The low frequencies are even particularly tasty and nuanced.
TECHNOLOGIES

Soft dome tweeter
The COURBET range uses the same tweeter across all models (TW28CD).

Kevlar Midrange and Carbon Woofers
The other frequencies are far from overlooked. The presence of Kevlar (for the midrange) and carbon (for the woofers) ensures accurate and diverse tonal quality.

A rafined design
The enclosures in the COURBET range are tilted backwards to prevent the formation of internal standing waves.

THE OPINION OF SPECIALISTS
USER FEEDBACK
★★★★★ : “Accurate timbre reproduction, luminous and well-defined midrange, delicate and smooth highs, tight and controlled bass, excellent spatialization with no harshness, and lively performance: these speakers preserve the natural character of voices, strings, and brass instruments, and simply make you want to tap your feet and hum along. Pure joy! An aesthetic success as well, with much more softness and naturalness than many other French offerings” Pop 68 on son-video.com
★★★★★ : “Listening at very low volume is already a pleasure, physiologically in tune with the ears and brain, and the voices sound lovely. At low to medium volume, the midrange really shines, with voices sounding extraordinary. The overall sound is extremely musical—pure enjoyment. Even at higher volumes, it remains just as pleasing.” Lyuma on son-video.com
★★★★☆ : “After 15 days of listening, the Davis No. 5 speakers are simply excellent—and I’m still in the break-in phase. The midrange beautifully reproduces voices and creates a coherent balance between bass and treble. Their size is ideal; they stay discreet thanks to their reasonable dimensions.” Laucau64 sur son-video.com
